We offer property in all over Canada. In some provinces there are
purchase restrictions or a purchase fee. We sell mostly objects in the areas which are not
subject to any limits, scenically very attractive, and distinguish themselves by a
pleasant climate. At a property purchase there wont arise any additional commission
fees.
In Canada you can acquire land any time, without being obligated
to live on it or to have to build on it. If one wants to build a house, this generally
works without much formalities. All offers are subject to prior sale, mistake, and
changes. The information originate from public documents, own surveys, or reliable
statements of thirds, nevertheless, we can not take over responsibility for the accuracy.
The statements on sizes are mostly "approximately".
If the purchaser wishes a financing, we put forward corresponding
suggestions. At a purchase of real estate, the utmost safety is offered. If no financing
is wished the purchase price is deposited - according to the respective agreement - in
Canada or Germany on a Solicitor Trust Account. Only after the purchaser has been
registered at the land title offices as owner and the registered documents (Deed/Title)
have been given to the solicitor, the purchase price will be released. In Germany, the

The conveyance fees vary. They depend upon whether a small
property or a Shopping Center is being purchased. With many properties they are
approximately 1½ % of the purchase price.
The annual property taxes to be paid depend on province, location,
and usage. For large wooded areas one pays little. Higher taxed are city- or otherwise
residential classified properties.
The property purchase is simple. The purchaser can acquire the
property alone or along with partners. A registration of an under 19-year-old person is
possible, if a trustee is available. In the Title Deed several persons can be entered as
common property owners.
